Financial Services - Search Consultant
We are looking to hire an Executive Search Consultant with high levels of self-motivation to service and develop our growing client base. We could hire a seasoned search consultant, or a graduate looking for a career or a paid internship. For us, its more important to find the right person.
Based in London, our small team provides Executive Search services across the institutional investment market.
Focusing on retained and exclusive mandates at the senior end of this niche market, we pride ourselves on our research- intensive approach and market intelligence that has been well received by senior industry participants.
Working across asset managers, global consultancy firms, banks and boutiques, the firm has an established network and enviable client base; providing repeat business.

Working in a small team, you will have full exposure to the search process, access to senior clients and individuals across our network, You will gain considerable insight into the financial world and will rapidly build a strong professional network. Furthermore you will gain significant meeting experience and will enjoy more responsibility than one would find in a larger organisation.
Requirements:
The essential requirement is a combination of high levels of self motivation, intellectual capability with commercial flair and tenacity.
Minimum 2:1 degree from leading UK University. Whilst we would not specify the degree subject, we have found economics/finance graduates to have relevant knowledge.
Whilst experience as a billing recruitment consultant would be helpful, we have successfully hired graduates fresh from university who have become key contributors to the business.
Experience of or interest in the institutional investment market is highly desirable as is the desire to lead others as the business continues to grow.
Compensation:
With an established franchise in this market and high average fees reflecting the seniority of our placements, there is considerable earning potential.
